Dear 4-H Advisors, Junior Leaders, and Key Leaders,

With the Holiday season quickly approaching, now is a perfect time to slow down and count your blessings. Show appreciation for the things, and people you are thankful for. Even though the economy currently is not thriving, we can still show how much we care through cards, notes, phone calls and friendly visits.

This is also a good time to start thinking about the 2010 4-H program. The New Year will be here soon, so now is the time to prepare. Think of new and creative ways to recruit for your clubs; ask some parents to become volunteers. New ideas for programs or conferences? Let us know.

As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, I would like to thank you for being volunteers and dedicating your time to the 4-H youth development program in Highland County.  Click here to continue (PDF format).  Click here for Word format.
