A Frustrating Fall

Frustrating is a very appropriate description to the 2009 grain harvest season. Surveys have indicated that harvest progress is at a 25-year low. Only recently have we been able to make significant progress towards completing harvest. This delay has been very frustrating to area farmers. Making things more frustrating is the fact that farmers know there are outstanding corn and soybean yields awaiting in the fields yet to be harvested.
