The Ohio Department of Health is now requiring all food service facilities licensed at a 'Risk Level 2 or higher' to have at least one staff person who has completed an ODH approved Level 2 Food Safety training.

OSU Extension is partnering with TAP Series and offering an online course which meets all ODH food service safety requirements. Enrollment fee is $150 per person and covers online training and the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification exam. Please contact Kathy Bruynis, County Extension Director & Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development at OSU Extension Highland County 937-393-1918 or email Kathy at bruynis.5@osu.edu to get on the list for the next available exam.
